Each class (except Parent & Tot) has thirty minutes weekly of music and movement with our music specialist. Along with singing songs, the children will have a chance to play various instruments, learn about different musical styles, play to the rhythm and beat as well as sing in various languages.
Parent & Tot Together Time
This class offers parents, caregivers and children a weekly opportunity to spend quality time together in an enriching, teacher-led environment. This small group will offer activities that include open play, art projects, stories, snacks, songs, and more!
Parent & Tot class is open to children 15 to 28 months old by September 21, 2024.

Enrichment Classes (Lunch Bunch)
Enrichment classes, or Lunch Bunch, is designed for children who are enrolled at NCNS looking to extend and enrich their school day. All of the classes are open to our 3’s and Pre-K students. All Lunch Bunch classes are from 11:20am – 12:40pm. A nut-free lunch should be sent with students that day. Click here to learn more about our current Lunch Bunch offerings!

In this program, children explore areas of interest through hands-on activities and investigation. On a daily basis, there are small and large group activities, dramatic play, creative art, scientific exploration, storytelling and literature, and outdoor play. The four year old classes take two field trips per year, with the locations dependent on interests of the children. This class helps children develop the necessary pre-reading and pre-writing skills needed for kindergarten. Classes are held 5 days per week, without parent.
